Before Lisa and I bought this house, I thought I had followed due diligence regarding internet access and cable service for this new place. I had conversations with the local office and the central office. Both locations assured me that the new hose was within their service area. I have transcripts of conversations stating just that.

This morning, the technician showed up at the house, and he let me know there were no drops by my house.
