Good morning, and happy Friday to you all. Today is 20 June 2025.
Today is my son’s 20th birthday. Happy Birthday, Dane!
We had a family get together for dinner last night to accommodate everyone’s schedule, a dinner at Kobe Steak House. Evie was both terrified and impressed with the knife and fire show. We all had a great time, and in a Reinsch family first, everyone caught the shrimp in their mouth.
I worked on labs a bit yesterday and prepped for today’s security fundamentals session. I hung up my work around 4, as Gracie and Evie came over to swim in the pool before dinner.
So, birthday, security fundamentals, pool time… that’s about it, for today. The weekend will be full of yard work and cleaning out the shop – what we used to call the barn. We’re getting ready to do some renovations out there, so we need to get rid of some of the accumulated crap out there before we can dive in.
In the meantime, I should look back over my decks for today’s class. Oh, and get the trash out for pickup, too.
