Day 19,722

Hi kids.

Today has been a wonderful day. I turned 54. I had a wonderful breakfast, and great pizza for lunch, and a steak for dinner.

Right now I’m kicking back, about 10:00 at night on this fine Saturday, watching “Wonder Woman”. Gracie and Dane were here for awhile, but have since gone to bed. Lisa and I are the remaining members of the family left awake.

The football team I like to follow did not look good today, falling on the road to the Ohio team. Right now I’m starting to wonder if the football program at the University of Kansas can ever get fixed.

Seriously… can Kansas turn around the program before college football completely ends up in the dustbin of history?

Thankfully, Kansas hasn’t built its sports reputation on football. The focal sport here has always been basketball.

Right now, college basketball season can’t come soon enough.

Tomorrow, I’ll get to watch my Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles. I’m hopeful I’ll see at least one of my sports teams can take home a win this weekend.

Other than that, not a whole lot else for me to share with you.

I hope you have a good book to read. Find a few authors in the genre you like and read everything they write.

Until tomorrow, remember you are loved.

Peace y’all.
